When you send an enquiry or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and anything you tell us in your message (including by phone or email). On this website, the enquiry form opens your own email app with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and give you a quote — taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- To book, carry out and invoice the work — performance of a contract.
- To keep business and tax records — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our email provider, who handle it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any booking, and for any records the law requires us to keep.
